Error installing new plugins

Can someone please help me out? I get an error message every time I try to update my plugins, it doesn’t matter which one, they all throw up the error ‘Update failed: -1’.
I also can not install any new plugins without getting errors.
The last plugin I tried to install was Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and I received this ‘An error occurred while installing the plugin’.
I am at a loss.

Possible fix? I deactivated the plugin “Starter Templates” and all my other plugins started updating. I was also able to install an additional plugins.
It is possible this plugin was causing conflicts, but I’m not certain.

It looks like you ran into the “Update failed: -1” error while updating your plugins. This error was caused by a bug in the “Starter Templates” (astra-sites) plugin, which created a nonce issue that prevented your plugins from updating. However, this issue has been fixed in the latest version (3.1.26) of the Starter Templates/Premium Starter Templates plugin.

I see you deactivated the “Starter Templates” plugin, and all your other plugins started updating.
