Error: Invalid Captcha

I am unable to access my admin website. User name and password are correct, but I keep getting the same error message over and over “Error: Invalid Captcha”. I tried several web browsers, and I can’t seem the be able to bypass it. Could someone please assist?

@fstat many thanks for your reply. I would like to discuss more the migration to better understand the pros and cons, and what could potentially go wrong during the migration. I am asking because ultimately, I am interested in the maintenance package. Is there a possibility to set up a call to go over it please?
