Error issues on my account

  Hi, just joined, but I am not allowed to do anything. I have received the email to verify and have completed the process. Yet my account won’t let me do anything. No two-step auth process, no website creation, nothing……

  I get the following for many actions…..

  – An error occurred while updating your account recovery email.
  – That method is not allowed.
  – An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.
  (also wordpress.com notice your grammar mistake…..)

  Hi there,

  I don’t see anything wrong with your account. Can you please go to https://wordpress.com/start/ to create a new site and let me know if you’re still getting those error messages?
