2- The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: server error. requested method jetpack.jsonAPI does not exist. [-32601]

Hello there!
Appreciate your message! Staging sites are typically not designed for launching; they serve as copies of your main site for making changes, which you later sync back to the primary site.
Upon checking the connection to your primary site (tradetrax.com), I found an issue that likely caused the syncing problem. I’ve refreshed the connection on our end, and it seems to have resolved the issue!
Could you please try syncing again and let us know if you encounter any further difficulties? We’re here to assist! Thank you!

Hello staff,
Unfortunately, we are still seeing issue # 1:
“We couldn’t synchronize the staging environment.”
What else can we try?Thanks. -
additions information, when try to sync we are seeing this:
- body: {code: “rest_cannot_view”, message: “Your client is not permitted to access this resource.”,…}
- code: “rest_cannot_view”
- data: {status: 403}
- status: 403
- message: “Your client is not permitted to access this resource.”
- headers: []
- status: 403
- body: {code: “rest_cannot_view”, message: “Your client is not permitted to access this resource.”,…}

Thanks for that! If you’re trying to sync using your @artemisayescasencora account, you’re only listed as an Editor on the primary site, which means you don’t have permission to perform actions like this. That’s what the error message is indicating. While you’re an Administrator on the staging site, that won’t override your role on the production site.
The owner of the site would either need to sync the staging site on your behalf or change your user role from an Editor to an Administrator on the production site.
I hope that clarifies things! Let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything else.
