Error loadign preview

Hi there — two things:
1. I tried to build a little site for my podcast (i came via the button on Anchor) and after entering the name, the next screen just had ‘error loading profile’ and nothing worked after that.
2. Just generally, I don’t want people to be able to link my sites together — some are for my work, it’s all very religious and political, and some are just for fun (writing, music podcast, etc). How do I stop my little creator icon being linked to all of them? How do i create distance between them?

Are you referring to the site you noted in your support request? That site has been successfully created and is in your account.
Are you able to edit it if you go to My Sites ->Switch Site, and select it from there?
How do I stop my little creator icon being linked to all of them? How do i create distance between them?
Different sites in your account have no intrinsic link to each other at all, but as they all belong to the same account, they’ll show the same username and profile picture on each.
If you don’t want this, you’ll need to create a completely separate account, i.e. a different username, associated with a different email address. Then you can transfer any sites you want completely separate to that account:

I saw the site was created, but when I tried to choose a basic font or any of the other steps it just said error loading site. So if the intention was for it to be a smooth, user friendly, easy journey to creating, that didn’t happen and I assume that’s an error and you guys would want to know?
Thanks for the transferring and creating new accounts tips. Seem to me that a lot of people would want to be able to do this in a slightly easier way?

I understand there are a few steps involved, but they are required since you’d need to create a new account with a new email address and transfer the site to the new account. If you haven’t already created the sites, our suggestion is to create a new account first so you don’t have to do this later on. But once you’ve created the sites, you’ll need to follow the steps to create and transfer them to new a new account.

You’re welcome! By the way, your site is already created, so I don’t think you need to go back to the anchor link and start building the site from there unless you’re still creating multiple different sites. Could you clarify this a bit for me? Are you creating multiple sites?
Also, could you perhaps try clearing your browser cache or try from a different browser to rule out the errors being a browser-specific problem? Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
Or you could use a different browser than the one you normally use.
