Error logging in as admin

    Hello, Word press team; when I try to log in, it says critical error occurred; please check you admin email for instructions….where do I find this email. What email is this site linked to? I have admin password but it doesn’t take me to that link to log in

    The site I need help with is ksilkindia.ksilkherbal.com/wp-admin/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
