Error logging into wordpress site no longer available

    I am getting the error when trying to log into wordpress and my site is unavailable

    Warning: require(/home4/monicam3/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-list-util.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/monicam3/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 97

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
