  Hi there, my website is not working. Anyone that tries to logon gets a ERR_SSL_PROCTOR_ERROR. I am not sure is this a WordPress issue or a godaddy issue or??

  From your mention of GoDaddy, it looks like your site is on the self-hosted WordPress.org instead of WordPress.com which is what’s supported here in these forums (see https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ for the differences between the two).

  Depending on the plan you have with GoDaddy, they might be able to help you out with your issue. You can also go to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find extensive WordPress.org documentation. There’s also https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ where you’ll find users with more expertise and experience with WordPress.org.
