  I try to add a home page and get the error message ‘The editor has encountered and unexpected error.’

  I created a new site

  When I attempt to add a page I get the following error message when I go to select one of the block options:

  “The editor has encountered an unexpected error” with three buttons

  Attempt Recovery, Copy Post Text and Copy Error

  Selecting any of the buttons has no effect.

  Sorry to hear you are having trouble! Could you please confirm which browser you are using when this happens, and also what version it is?

  Additionally, could you try clearing your browser cache and cookies as well? We have a guide here if you haven’t done it before, with the major browsers listed:

  Clearing the cache worked! Thanks! I always forget about that and it ends up being a D’OH moment! LOL – thanks for the help!
