  I attempted to log in via Blue Host and received this error message: ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’ There are no instructions how to rectify the problem. Please help…

  What is the URL for the site you’re referring to ?

  Please note that this forum is exclusively for WordPress.com hosted websites; for open-source WordPress websites (from WordPress.org), there is a dedicated forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.
