  I keep getting the message- Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection- when I try to access my site. I don’t know what to do next! Please help!

  Hi,

  Can you go to https://jetpack.com/debug and paste your site address there? It will tell you what’s wrong and have you reach out to your host.

  Also, Jetpack has support too, if you want to work there directly:
