Could you please specify the point at which you are seeing this error message? Specifically, does it appear when you are attempting to set up a WooCommerce store? If yes, a simple browser cache clearing could potentially solve this issue. Here’s how to do it: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
Once you’ve done that, please try setting up your store again.
If, after clearing the cache, the error message persists, there’s something else you can try. Upgrade to the Business or Commerce store below.
And then install the WooCommerce plugin from https://wordpress.com/plugins/woocommerce/
Once installed, activate the WooCommerce plugin. This will take you through the store setup wizard.
