Error Message

  Hi. I added some code to place a gif on my blog and now I can not log back into my DashBoard via my blog name /wp-admin to remove the code.

  This is the error message I am getting:

  Can anyone help me out in resolving this? I contacted my hosting site and they referred me back to wordpress..
