Error message

An error message appears frequently when I try to edit my site. Wondering what to do to be able to access and edit my site for future changes and ease of use. Thanks for the help I pasted the error message below.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

As Joshon stated, the .com site is wordpress.org and the .wordpress.com site is wordpress .com.
If you are getting this error on northbuiltconstruction.wordpress.com. That’s odd.
If you are getting this error on northbuiltconstruction.com, check your cPanel folder structure to see if you accidentally deleted the .htaccess file for this site.
Also please clarify if this is a self hosted site or a wordpress.org site you are getting this error for and we will go from there :)
