Error Message and Ban

  I am trying to creat my first blog and posts. When I try to give and address (practicalhealthsolutions.wordpress.com) and name the blog (Optimal Health), I get an error message, and then get banned.

  What am I doing that will not allow me to create a WordPress address and blog name?
