  Hi there,

  What’s the website URL?

  It sounds like you’re using the open-source WordPress.org system and this forum is for the hosted WordPress.com platform. They’re very similar, but two separate things.

  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  If you share your URL we can verify which system you’re using. Also, if you can share the full error message, it may help direct you to the proper support channels

  Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account, and could you please share your site URL?
