Error message at check-out & Purchases temporarily disabled

    Hello. I’m having issues at check-out purchasing (or claiming) my domain. When I first went through checkout, I got error “AXLZNE” Then I tried checking out a second time and I got an error message in red text stating that purchases were temporarily disabled (or something along those lines).

    Can you please help me with this? Thank you.

    (I did email help@wordpress.com but ended up getting two auto-replies, one of which advised me to post in this forum. That ticket number was 7128070, in case that helps.)
