Error message at checkout

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

I’ve had multiple clients contact me on my website (www.ladytoolschool.com) telling me that they get an error message when viewing their cart. I’ve checked using a different device and the message I see when I try and view the cart is “This page could not be found”.

I’ve tried updating all my plugins and WordPress but this just keeps happening. I’ve had it happen on and off for months.

Please help, I don’t know how many customers I’ve lost up until now.

    Regards,
    Iva

    Hello,

You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com.
The website is hosted with a company called HostGator.

Since this is a forum only for WordPress.com users, please post your further inquiries on the WordPress.org support forum here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/

Here is an article to help you understand the difference between .com and .org versions of WordPress:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

Before you do that, go into your WordPress dashboard, navigate to WooCommerce>Settings>Advanced and on that screen pick the cart page in the dropdown menu next to the ‘Cart Page’ label (Screenshot) and click ‘Save changes’ at the bottom of the page.

    I hope this helps.
