Error message at checkout

Hello,
We are having issues at the checkout with our shipping plug in shipstation which seems to me conflicting with woocomerce plug in. The shipstation support said everything on their end is absolutely fine and asked us to contact you since we are unable to figure out the problem and neither did they. The error message is at the last step in checkout which says : No shipping method have been selected. And it doesn’t allow us to pay and proceed from there. Can you let us know how to proceed please?
