Error Message – blocked

Hi, As of yesterday we are unable to publish or preview our blog posts on our wordpress account. I use admin account to publish or preview. We are encountering an error. This appears after logging in and only once we try to publish or preview a blog. The error is described as below:
‘Your request has been blocked.

For what site is this? Based on that email this is for a site hosted at xyz.com, and they sent you that email, which means that’s who you need to contact for help.
The site at https://measuretruecolor.hunterlab.com/ is working fine for me – that subdomain is hosted with us and your account is listed as an admin on that site, so you should be able to access that site via both the My Sites and WP-Admin dashboards.
