Error message, cannot access wordpress site
-
Hello,
I now receive the following message when I try to access my wordpress site:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/sites/a/andyhiggsmusic.org.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ip2location-redirection/class.IP2Location.php on line 400
I cannot even access the admin section with the usual /admin after my site address, the same message occurs.
I downloaded the plugin IP2 Location Redirection, and activated it. I navigated away to google to research how to correctly use the plugin, but when I returned to my site I just received the above error message.
In order to contact this support forum I have just set up this alternate account using a separate Email address because I cannot seem to access my original site in any form since activating this plugin.
Please help!
Many thanks in advance.

Hey there,
It looks like your website isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com but running on the self-hosted verison of the WordPress software.
Help for self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software can be found over here.
Standalone WP and WordPress.com are separate entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
