Error message–can’t access site or backend

I selected two plugins to update in the backend, and since then I’ve received the following message: ‘Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.’ on a blank screen–both when I attempt to go to my site, as well as the backend. How do I get my site back ASAP?

The site I need help with is actually http://www.brightonwalsh.com. I have no idea how/why it auto filled that other address.
