Error message during site redirect

  I was renewing my site redirect for dietschmiet.wordpress.com to dietschmiet.me and paid my money via PayPal (and received email receipt) but then got an error message telling me to contact support with a reference number (which I didn’t write down and now can’t get that screen back). The error msg started with 684…. or something similar.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  PS. Trying to actually contact support, rather than a forum but guess wordpress doesn’t allow you to contact support…

  Site is saying redirect not paid.

  Thanks. I have two WP blogs (were dot com, now dot org) but unsure where the site redirects are now at!

  I’ve canceled the upgrade and refunded the money to your WordPress.com account. Could you please purchase the Site Redirect upgrade again?
