    When people try to access my site, the are receving the following message: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
    Please help me resolve this.

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you fix your site’s SSL certificate.
