error message – Jetpack can’t communicate with my site
-
Hello, I received notification overnight that my site, crackedpotsandbrokenvessels.com, was down and it still isn’t up yet. Whenever I try to access it, my admin panel, or any other aspect of it, I either get a message at the top of the dashboard that says, ‘Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t responding to requests’ or if I open in a new tab or window, ‘DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN’
I’ve tried in the mobile app, mobile browser, and desktop apps and browser to no avail. I’ve searched the Help Center as well. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Edit to add: I’ve tried to follow the steps that were just sent to me:
‘1. Visit your site’s dashboard.
2. Navigate to *Jetpack →* *Dashboard*.
3. If you see the error message mentioned, click the ‘**Restore Connection**’ button to fix it.’…but I don’t see an option to ‘restore connection’ when I click on Jetpack (I’d send a screenshot, but there isn’t an option here to attach images)…
Edit 2:
My domain’s status is NOT Active (has a RED dot with an exclamation point)
I cannot access my WP-Admin
WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your domain expired only yesterday – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/crackedpotsandbrokenvessels.com – that’s why your site is no longer online. You must contact your registrar to solve this problem.
