Error message No sites yet onf both of my blogs

OK, we are at week 2. I have two blog sites: Neither register the fact that I have active blogs on both sites. I am shut out of both and have had them active for over 4 years on one and 1 year on the second. Can someone please address this urgent issue. And NO, I do not want to start all over again on a new blog. I have MANY articles available on both blogs. I do NOT have 2nd party or any of the 3 ID verifications. I’ve been sumbitting for 4 years. What is the problem and how do we fix it. I’ve followed every single link any of you have sent and nothing works to fix this situation. I have email and pass words for both accounts, and Yes, can read the content on both but cannot enter either to create ANYTHING. How else can I identify myself? no transaction ID or URL???

We have already sent you the Account Recovery guide, but I’m going to outline the steps you need to follow to recover access to the account that owns those blogs.
If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery form:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need a transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account:
