Error message on line 115 and others

we’ve got various warning messages on our site: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home2/wafnio0adls6/public_html/wp-content/themes/flatone/sections/header.php on line 115
and also on line 43, 34, 35, 46, 113
Can anybody help us and tell us what we need to do? Thanks a lot in advance. Best regards,
