Error message on my theme

  Hi I am getting this error message ‘Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Customize_Category_Control’ not found in /homepages/8/d613855258/htdocs/clickandbuilds/CoffeeandCouture/wp-content/plugins/p3/inc/functions/feature_header.php on line 246′ and I was wondering if someone could help me please! Thank you so much, happy holidays!
