error message on site, frozen out

I have a premium account which is supposed to give me Email & Live Chat Support. No idea how to get there so I am left here instead. So. I added the print-my-blog plug in. It failed. Now I can no longer log into my site (www.aperfumeblog.com) but instead get a white screen with the error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/aperfu5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/print-my-blog/includes/controllers/PmbGutenbergBlock.php on line 30.Even if I knew how to fix this, I can’t access the site, so I’m hoping someone there can do whatever needs to be done. Removing the plug-in, I suppose. I would also like to know how to access the live chat support I’ve been paying for all this time.

Your site http://www.aperfumeblog.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :) https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Don’t worry, open your cPanel and go to file manager. Now open your root folder than /wp-content/plugins/ , now rename print-my-blog folder to print-my-blog.old , this will deactivate this plugin, and you should be able to re-access your site :).
