  Hello, I keep getting an error message as I attempt to upload product photos.

  ‘Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. ‘

  I need assistance in fixing this error

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  Is there a way I can speak with someone via the phone or online chat. This is very inconvenient as I am launching my site on the 5th. I can not upload products photos. It give me an error message.

  The site StaylacedBySB.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

  From what I see it is a site hosted on Bluehost, who uses a different version of the platform from what we offer here.
