Hey @keithwmorin,
The error you are seeing is for a Jetpack connected WordPress site. If you recently moved your site from the self-hosted version of WordPress to WordPress.com or otherwise have a site that is no longer online or using Jetpack you’ll see that error under My Sites.
The good new is it’s an easy fix. You’ll be able to disconnect Jetpack by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/#remove-old-site
I would also try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and also check if the same thing happens when you use a different browser: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
Let us know if this helps!
Best,

I am having the same problem. On top of that, I receive the following error when I try to connect JetPack to my WordPress.com site.
Error: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate
I have done all that you suggested but still have the problem.
