Error Message ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

  I installed the them ‘BIZTIVO’ on my test site and when I go to use the option to CUSTOMIZE or to install required plugins, I get the error message ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page’
  What can I do to correct/fix this error message?
