Error message: ‘Subscription Error: An error occurred, please try later.’

    I am trying to figure out on whose end this error message is coming from – WordPress, Divi (Elegant Themes) or MailChimp.

    When I create an opt-in email module connected to a MailChimp list through Divi, which was working perfectly before, I now get the message, ‘Subscription Error: An error occurred, please try later.’ It spans across the pages with opt-in modules now. Please advise.

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created yesterday.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ instead, or if the issue is regarding a specific plugin, as seems to be the case here, please contact support for that plugin directly.
