ERROR MESSAGE: tOO MANY REDIRECTS

  Hello, good morning,
  Since I tried to open my blog susannemack.wordpress.com on my new ipad, I can’t see my blog any more, there is the error message that “it can’t be opened because there are too many redirects”. It does not work tryenig to open it with suannemack.com, nor with susannemack.wordpress.com, and it doesn’t open from any computer.
  I am quite annoyed with that situation, because I just got some traffic on my blog and was very happy to do more blogging from my ipad. And I bought the upgrade to show videos a few months ago, so I’m not veryy happy that nobody sees my blog right now…. Do you have any idea how this problem can be solved?

  Hi Suzanne,

  It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=susannemack.com

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  For more information, please visit the help documentation provided by the registrar and our support page:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

  Once the nameservers have been updated, please update your primary domain to susannemack.com by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. Please wait some time and it can take up to 48 hours to propagate.

  Hello again,
  It seems that my doamin-issue is solved, but now I have got another problem:
  I bought the upgrade to publish videos on my blog wordpress.susannemack.com, but after they were ther durting a time, I just saw that they are all gone – What’s wrong?
  Please have a look and tell me what to do as soon as possible, thank you

  HI there,

  After looking into your account, I found your videos in your Media > Library page in your Dashboard. It looks like you have 12 videos. Once you get to that page, please click on the video link at the top. It will look like this:

  Thanks for your quick answer! The videos always have been in my library, the problem was that they had disapeared from my blog, there were only white spaces. When I checked now, they were back, thank you!
