error message-unable to load

trying to create my wordpress/bluehost site and a pop up on wordpress saying ‘please check your primary sites jetpack connection’. when i click on it a bunch of jibberish pops up. im unable to load any of the customization links or anything.

The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
