Error Message when accessing my site

  I am getting the following error message when attempting to access my site:
  Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home3/clvrgrl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/inc/styles.php on line 67

  Word Press does not recognize my email address or username when I try to login to Word Press. I have had my site and login info with WP since 2016.
  Please Help!!!

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
