    Hi there!

    It appears there are some Jetpack connection issues on the site, and a user account that matches your WordPress.com account credentials is missing on the site itself. Have you migrated your site from another host using a plugin or something? This can happen when the user accounts are migrated from other hosts, so they don’t match your WordPress.com account credentials.

    We can fix it for you. We’ll need to either (i) create a new administrator account on the wp-admin dashboard that matches your WordPress.com account’s email address or (ii) update the email address of the existing wp-admin administrator from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (which is on your WordPress.com account).
