Error message when attempting to log in

Why can’t I log in as usual since you upgraded the site? Since you upgraded the site, I have issues logging in on Firefox.
It lets me in, but says I don’t have the proper permissions to access my own site. Then, I close the window, and go back to the site; and I’m logged in as usual, and everything is fine. It seems like an issue with your newly formatted login page.
This issue does not occur with Safari, which has not been updated/upgraded (apparently) yet. (No new front page in black and white photos, instead of the regular grid of other people’s stories). By the way, I like that view a whole lot better. But anyway…what’s up with the login?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having login problems. Can you try clearing Firefox’s cache and cookies and let me know if that helps? If not, could you please let me know what URL you’re directe to after login that gives you the improper permissions error?

Clearing the cache and logging in fresh appears to have solved the problem. Alas, since I cleared the cache; I can no longer tell you what the URL was for the error message. What I can tell you is that even though I am administrator of the site; it did not recognize me as such…which was odd. But, it appears to be better now.
