Error message when cancelling payments

    Hi there, I would like to keep my blog as a free blog but not pay for a domain. I do not use this blog to earn money and am writing it less so would like to have this as a free site, but not delete it completely. I cancelled the payments and was sent the confirmation email but when I clicked the link, it said there was an error and the cancellation was not complete. Help!

    Important note: If you purchased a domain name via wordpress.com Staff need to know whether or not you want to keep the domain name and use it on another site.

    What is the domain URL?
    What is the underlying.wordpress.COM URL?
    Exactly which username account registered the underlying.wordpress.COM URL and purchased the upgrade?
    When was the purchase made?

    It appears that all subscriptions under your account has been deactivated successfully. So, you should no longer be charged for any subscriptions from under this account
