Error message when customers try to go through Event Espresso checkout.

    We have been using Event Espresso 4 plugin since April this year and in the last week or so customers have been reporting that when they fill in their registration details and click the proceed to payment button a message pops up stating An error has occurred:
    Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
    This can sometimes happen if too much time has been taken to complete the registration process.
    Please return to the Event List and reselect your tickets. If the problem continues, please contact the site administrator.
    I have contacted Event Espresso support and am awaiting a reply from them as well.

    I reported this a week ago and was told that it was the way that Event Espresso and caching don’t work together, but this does not seem possible as it has worked flawlessly since April 2018.
