Error message when down loading photos

  When down loading photos into a post I keep getting a 10 error message

  Can you walk me through what you’re doing? Are you using the browser or flash uploader? Which browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies (instructions can be found here.)

  I have resolved this, it was a bad internet connection. When I changed computers and and internet connection I did not have the problem and was able to download my pictures.
