Error message when editing pages

  When I try to edit any of my pages it is coming up with the error message ‘The editor has experienced an unexpected error’. How do I fix this?

  It looks like your website is not hosted with WordPress dotcom. It is a self-hosted WordPress site.

  You can contact your website developers for support or go to: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  One possible cause of the error is plugin conflict.

  • Disable all plugins
  • Enable plugins one by one till you find the problematic one
  • Seek support in that plugin’s forum
