Error Message when I try to log in to my website

  Hi, I keep trying to login to my wordpress website which was working perfectly well last night, but now comes up with an error message saying ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’
  I’m really worried about not being able to access my blog!

  Are you speaking of https://thedallydiaries.com/?

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
