Error message when Transfer Posterous content to WordPress

    I’m trying up import my .xml file from Posterous to WordPress (have followed all directions at both sites: got backup zip file, unzipped it and went through your process to upload).

    When I try to upload the file, I get the message:

    “Sorry, there has been an error
    The file is not an xml file. Please see instructions for downloading and using the Posterous backup file.”

    However, it IS an .xml file.

    Any suggestions?

    Yeah this happens a lot, could you try another browser like Firefox or chrome, they seem to work while others like IE don’t. If that doesn’t work staff will have to assist.
