Error message when trying to change DNS
-
I have been trying to map my blog to a subdomain on my website. After adding cname details I get this error message and can’t find my blog:
Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website’s domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.
I know it’s not (1) and (4) so what is wrong with the dns details?
My website is http://createandbehappy.com -
What is the URL of your blog? What subdomain are you trying to connect it to? Certain subdomains are not supported at WP.com.

The website itself gives me a DNS error message. I think you’d best straighten that out first. Mapping to a subdomain of a domain that isn’t working will be useless.

Righto. Thanks for the quick reply raincoaster. I’ll go through everything that I fiddled with before I posted this message…
