Error message when updating WP and plug ins

I made a WP website for a client and was updating the plug ins and received the following error message and I have no idea how to resolve the problem:
Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home1/kalyani/public_html/greenroom-massage.com/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/inc/styles.php on line 67
I can’t find a phone number for assistance. Could someone PLEASE help me or guide me in the right direction.
