error message when uploading mp4 file

I’m trying to upload an MP4 file and keep on getting: The file could not be uploaded because the file type is not supported. File size is 220KB. When I researched online I found out that WP does support the file type. My blog is tomorrowdefinitely.wordpress.com If anyone could help me out I would be very grateful.

Dear timethief (I hope I’m not one :-)) I didn’t know I can only run an audio file with an upgrade. Is an upgrade the only way to run audio? thank you very much for getting back to me so quickly!

I’m just checking the list of themes which have a excerpt supported front page and one I like is lifestyle which costs $75. If I purchase the premium package, would this one be included? and does it come with audio?
