error message . will not allow me to view or access admin section of my site

  i have this error message when i try to access my site. can anyone shed some light on this..
  Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_currentuserinfo() in /home/content/10/13827310/html/wp-content/plugins/magic-wp-coupons/admin/includes/data_options.php on line 8

  What is the URL of your website? It looks like you are using the self-hosted (WordPress.ORG) version of WordPress instead of the WordPress.COM hosted version that is supported here.

  Try manually disabling the magic-wp-coupons plugin (no Dashboard access required). It looks like there may be a conflict.

  the site is houstonpestservice.com
  I attempted to log in with cpanel to no avail. the same error code
  I am only familiar with the admin function of the site.
