error message with domain

  I keep getting this error message: ‘This domain is already mapped to a WordPress.com site.’

  I’m trying to start a new account and link my domain to it. I just purchased the domain name on GoDaddy (airamaligon.com) but when I go to connect it, it says it’s already mapped. I could have used that under a different account but I can’t remember it.

  Can someone help me with this?

  Hi there!

  It seems that the domain is indeed still mapped to a deleted site. I’ve reached out to our developers to have this removed. We’ll let you know once it’s done and you’ll be able to map the domain to your site.
