Error message with uploading pictures

    When I try to upload a ‘profile image’ or any other type of pictures on my blog an error message appears–I have switched various browsers, logged in and out and still can’t seem to solve the issue. Please help

    Hi kathleenasimp,

    What is the exact error message you are seeing on kathleensimpsonportfolio.wordpress.com?

    Does it appear on multiple areas of the site — adding a photo on the My Profile page, inserting one into a post or page and uploading directly to the Media Library?

    Out of curiosity, do you have the same problem on a different internet connection (home, work etc)?

    Once I know more, I can help you troubleshoot.
